- Rates are per apartment and day for direckt bookings,
  including end-of-stay cleaning, resort tax in supplement € 3,50 (until 31.10.23)  / € 4,00 per adult person (over 16 years) per day.

- Advance payment per apartment 20 % of the total price

- Payment options prior to departure: cash, EC card 
  or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). It is also possible to pay the entire amount     before holiday start on our bank account (AT43 2050 2000 0084 0074 /     SPIMAT21XXX / account owner: Astrid Kleon / Sparkasse Sölden)

- WIFI: free WIFI - internet access in both apartments

- Child cots and high chairs for young guests available

  for free on prior arrangement

- Check-in day: your apartment is available from 2 pm

- Check-out day: please leave your apartment by 09.30 am at the latest

- Cancellation fees:
  up to 31 days prior to arrival                 free of charge
 30 days to 8 days prior to arrival          70% of the total amount
  7 days prior to arrival                           90% of the total amount
